If I could, I would give Response Electricians 6 STAR. Rhys came out at 11pm to restore power to 8 units. Fantastic service and Rhys was very patient and knowledgeable. Will definitely be using Response Electricians again. Thank you Rhys.

Ben and Lewis were prompt, polite, professional and didn't leave a trace of rubbish. They swept up after themselves and demonstrated how to use the remote control. I liked hearing them checking in on each other when one was in the roof space. Good safety procedures.

I had a replacement hard wired smoke alarm installed today by Response Electricians. Whilst I believe that Response's 4 hour appointment attendance window is excessive, I have no complaints whatsoever about, Phoenix the technician that did the job. Phoenix was courteous, competent and efficient. He completed the installation without delay, and took the time to explain to me about replacing the backup battery as it becomes necessary. Top marks to Phoenix and I am more than happy to recommend him. Patrick from Mosman Park.

Communication was excellent, the work was completed to a high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy. It’s rare to find an electrical company that’s this reliable and easy to deal with. Rhys installed two split system air conditioners for us today. I really appreciated his ‘can-do’ attitude and positive approach. He took the time to make sure we were happy with the positioning of the units before proceeding, and left no mess behind when he was finished. Would 100% recommend him and Response Electricians!

Blaine & Ryan replaced some outdoor lighting for us. They arrived at the very start of the ‘window’ (no waiting at home!) were so pleasant, accommodating and efficient. They were also very helpful with expert product advice. Could not recommend more highly.

I couldn’t recommend Response Electricians highly enough. They helped fit out my office in a very fast and timely manner during December and over the Christmas period, which is no easy task. Thanks to their knowledge, professionalism, and ongoing support, we were able to get the office live and operational within the strict deadline I had set for our grand opening. Their communication was excellent, the work was completed efficiently, and everything was done to a very high standard. What really stood out was their follow-up after the job was completed.
